PANI PURI

 Pani puri is also known as fuchka or gupchup or golgappa. They are hallow round balls that are filled with flavoured water and filling. It has so many different textures and tastes that perfectly mingle in your mouth. You just need to fry these up in oil and there you have fluffy, crispy puris.
